Why do you keep a vegetarian or vegan food blog?
I'm a mom of two beautiful little vegetarian girls. I write this blog because I enjoy documenting our family recipes, thoughts, and memories. At the least, I hope this blog makes a nice home for my collection of recipes. At best, I hope it can inspire, give hope, and humor to my children.
