Quick and Easy Vegan Pizza Bagels

Quick and Easy Vegan Pizza Bagels

Ingredients:

  • bagels
  • tomato sauce
  • garlic salt
  • Italian spices (oregano, basil or a blend)
  • grated vegan cheese
  • optional toppings: black olives, vegetarian pepperoni slices, diced vegetables

Preparation:

Slice bagels in half and spread each half with a spoonful of tomato sauce. Sprinkle with garlic salt and Italian spices.

Add a layer of cheese and top with additional toppings if desired, such as diced veggies, vegetarian pepperoni slices, black olives or pepperoncinis.

Heat in a microwave or toaster oven for just a few minutes, until cheese is melted.
