Ingredients:
- bagels
- tomato sauce
- garlic salt
- Italian spices (oregano, basil or a blend)
- grated vegan cheese
- optional toppings: black olives, vegetarian pepperoni slices, diced vegetables
Preparation:
Slice bagels in half and spread each half with a spoonful of tomato sauce. Sprinkle with garlic salt and Italian spices.Add a layer of cheese and top with additional toppings if desired, such as diced veggies, vegetarian pepperoni slices, black olives or pepperoncinis.
Heat in a microwave or toaster oven for just a few minutes, until cheese is melted.
