A healthy black bean salsa recipe inspired by the flavors of Mexico. Black bean salsa is a great Mexican dip for vegetarians and vegans, as the black beans add plenty of healthy fiber and protein. Recipe courtesy of Bush's® Beans.
Ingredients:
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can white shoepeg corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes (basil, garlic, oregano flavored)
- 1 10 ounce can tomatoes
- 8 ounces Italian salad dressing
- Chopped onion to taste
- Chopped jalapeno to taste
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together including black beans and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 1/2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
