Ingredients:
- 12 6-inch flour tortillas
- 1 small white onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 28 ounce can Boston baked beans
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1 cup prepared salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Preparation:
Lay out six tortillas and sprinkle with onions, pepper and half the cheese.In medium bowl, combine baked Beans and hot pepper sauce. Divide baked beans mixture among tortillas.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over baked beans mixture and top with remaining tortillas.
Cook on warm grill for three minutes on each side or until warm throughout.
Serve with salsa and sour cream.
