- 4 - 5 potatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation:
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours. Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
