Ingredients:
- 1 12 ounce package Smart Ground Original
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 15 ounce can kidney beans
- 1 15 ounce can corn kernels
- 2 16 ounce cans tomatoes, cut up
- 1 6 ounce can tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
- 3 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Preparation:
Sautee the onion, green pepper and celery in a small amount of oil until translucent. Add the remainder of the ingredients and simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
