Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- zest and juice from one lime
- dash salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pound seitan
Preparation:
Whisk together all ingredients except for the seitan. Marinate the seitan in the mixture for at least 45 minutes.
Grill over hot coals, turning once and brushing with extra marinade as desired.
