Ingredients:
- 4 ears corn
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced and crushed
- dash cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation:
Grill the corn for 20 to 25 minutes, or until done.Combine the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat, and whisk together until well combined. Pour this glaze over the barbecued corn.
