Ingredients:
- 3 peaches, halved with pits removed
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1 1/2 tbsp rum
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Soy or dairy ice cream
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients except the ice cream in a wide pan, tossing to coat the peaches well. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.Cook on a greased grill for five minutes on each side, basting occasionally with the leftover marinade.
Top with ice cream.
