Vegan Cheese Fondue Recipe

Vegan Cheese Fondue Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 2 tbsp vegan margarine
  • 1/3 cup vegan cheese, cubed (I like Follow Your Heart's Vegan Gourmet brand best)
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • dash salt and pepper (to taste)

Preparation:

In a fondue pot over medium-low heat, melt the vegan margarine, soy milk and soy cheese. Add tahini and stir until combined. Add remaining indredients. You may need to add a bit more cheese or soy milk to get the consistency that you want.

Use fresh vegetables, chunks of French bread or flavored tofu as dippers.
