Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 2 tbsp vegan margarine
- 1/3 cup vegan cheese, cubed (I like Follow Your Heart's Vegan Gourmet brand best)
- 1 tsp tahini
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- dash salt and pepper (to taste)
Preparation:
In a fondue pot over medium-low heat, melt the vegan margarine, soy milk and soy cheese. Add tahini and stir until combined. Add remaining indredients. You may need to add a bit more cheese or soy milk to get the consistency that you want.Use fresh vegetables, chunks of French bread or flavored tofu as dippers.
