Grill some vegetarian "chicken" in a stove-top grill pan or an indoor grill, and use it to top a salad of sesame seeds and mixed greens for a nutritious and quick vegetarian lunch.

Ingredients:
- 1 package vegetarian chicken strips substitute
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 tomato, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup vegetarian Caesar salad dressing
Preparation:
Grill vegetarian chicken strips in olive oil until browned.
Fill a plate with salad greens and veggies. Place grilled vegetarian chicken pieces on the greens, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Add chopped tomatoes.
Add vegetarian Caesar salad dressing and enjoy!
