A homemade vegan mint frosting recipe adding a cooling mint flavor to any kind of vegan cake. Try it with a chocolate cake, vanilla cake or perhaps even lemon. Made with fresh mint leaves for the purest mint flavor. You can also try adding just a touch of food coloring to this mint icing if you'd like a splash of fun color.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp mint extract
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, minced
- 2 tbsp soy milk
Preparation:
Mix together all ingredients. You may need to add a bit more or less soy milk, depending on the desired consistency.
