This is a quick and easy recipe for a raw vegan "cookie" from just three ingredients. Just whip together in the food processor and enjoy! You won't believe how yummy (and easy!) these raw vegan cookies are! Be sure to use raw and living ingredients for these cookies to be truly raw. You can use just about any kind of nuts, as long as they're raw. Dates would also work well instead of raisins.
I started getting into raw foods well before raw chocolate hit the market, which is why this recipe calls for raw carob. Yes, I'm old. Don't let that stop you from trying it with raw cacao instead of raw carob - I'm sure it's equally delicious!

- 3/4 cup raw walnuts, cashews or pecans
- 1/4 cup raw carob powder
- 1 cup raisins
If you can't get the mixture to hold together, add a few more raisins and a tablespoon of water.
