Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Ener-G Egg Replacer
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. In separate bowl briefly beat Egg Replacer and water together until foamy.
Cream butter and brown sugar together. Add vanilla and Egg Replacer mixture. Beat well. Stir in flour mixture and walnuts.
Spread mixture in well greased 9 inch by 4-1/2 inch by 2 inch pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool before cutting into squares.
