Ingredients:
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 2 cups quick cooking oats
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.Mix together the bananas and molasses until well combined. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned.
