Ingredients:
- 3 bananas
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup figs
- 1 cup dates, soaked in water for 20 minutes, then drained
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups oatmeal
Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.Process all ingredients except oatmeal in a food processor until smooth. Add oatmeal and combine well.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
