- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, diced
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp powdered ginger
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- juice from 2 limes
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
