- 2 bananas
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 2 1/4 cup oatmeal
In a medium bowl, mash bananas until completely smooth. Stir in peanut butter, soy milk and maple syrup until well combined.
Add flour and cocoa, and combine. Then add oatmeal.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet, and lightly flatten to shape.
Bake for 14-16 minutes, or until done.
