Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
Preparation:
In a large pot, sautee onions in oil for 2 minutes. Add the flour and stir until well combined.Add water and soy sauce and stir. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for another 8-10 minutes or until onions are soft.
Serve with lightly toasted French bread or croutons. Enjoy!
