Vegetarian Waldorf Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 apples, diced
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • salt to taste
  • lettuce

Preparation:

Mix together all the ingredients, except lettuce in a bowl. Cover and chill at least one hour.

Remove from refrigerator and stir well. Serve over a bed of lettuce and enjoy!
