Ingredients:
- 2 heads green cabbage, shredded
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 package ramen and seasoning packet
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey or agave nectar
- dash black pepper, or to taste
Preparation:
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, sesame seeds and green onion. Break the ramen noodles into small pieces, and add to cabbage.In a separate small bowl whisk together the remining ingredients, including the ramen flavor packet. Pour over the cabbage and noodles and toss gently to combine.
Let your ramen noodle salad stand for at least one hour before serving.
