- 2 cups cooked bowtie or macaroni pasta
- 1 6 ounce jar artichoke hearts packed in oil, including oil
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup sliced black olives
- 3/4 tsp basil
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving, to allow flavors to marinate.
