Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked bowties or macaroni pasta
- 1 6 ounce jar artichoke hearts packed in oil, including oil
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup sliced black olives
- 3/4 tsp basil
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Gently toss together all the ingredients, including the oil from the artichoke hearts. Add salt and pepper to taste.Chill for at least 2 hours before serving, to allow flavors to marinate.
