Creamy Artichoke Pasta Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups pre-cooked pasta (use bow-ties, rotini or macaroni)
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 4 green onions, diced
  • 1 6 ouce jar artichoked hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
