Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cups pre-cooked pasta (use bow-ties, rotini or macaroni)
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 4 green onions, diced
- 1 6 ouce jar artichoked hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 tbsp basil
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Mix together the mayonnaise and lemon juice with the pasta until well coated.Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
