A pumpkin smoothie with soy milk and soy yogurt for a hefty protein boost. If you're bored of the usual fruit smoothies, change up your routine with this equally healthy vegan treat.

Ingredients:
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup soy milk
- ¼ cup soy yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 banana
- 5-6 ice cubes
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or a dash of cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
