A pumpkin smoothie with soy milk and soy yogurt for a hefty protein boost. If you're bored of the usual fruit smoothies, change up your routine with this equally healthy vegan treat.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • ¼ cup soy yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 banana
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or a dash of cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

Makes 2 servings.
