Orange Flavored Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Preparation:

Melt the margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the rice and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until rice is toasted.

Add the juice, water and raisins. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, until the water is absorbed and the rice is cooked.

Add the parsley, stir and enjoy.
