Ten-minute creamed mustard greens recipe courtesy of Bush's® Beans.
- 1 15 ounce can mustard greens
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Melt butter in saucepan, add flour; stir until flour is dissolved. Pour in milk. Continue to stir until smooth. Add seasonings and cook until thickened.
Fold in drained greens. Heat slowly until piping hot. Serve at once.
