Quick Creamy Kale. Recipe courtesy of Bush's® Beans.
Ingredients:
- 1 15 ounce can kale
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup sour cream
Preparation:
Drain off most of the liquid from the kale. Add salt and pepper. Heat slowly until very hot. Drain again.While greens are warming, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice together. Fold this sauce into well drained greens. Heat a minute longer. Serve at once.
