Ingredients:
- 1 cauliflower, chopped into small pieces
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp water
Preparation:
Steam the cauliflower in a small amount of water for only a few minutes. It should still be crisp, just lightly cooked. In a large skillet, heat the oil on high. Once the oil is hot, add the onion and green pepper and cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
Turn the heat to medium and cook for another minute, then add the cauliflower. Stir well. Add the pepper and stir well.
Add the water and cook a minute longer. Do not overcook; the cauliflower should remain firm.
