- 1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach
- 1 container non-dairy vegan sour cream
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise (I like Vegenaise best)
- 1 packet vegan onion soup mix
Preparation:
Thaw and thoroughly drain spinach. Combine all ingredients together. Allow flavors to marinate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
