This two cheese fondue recipe, served warm, is a spicy cheese dip that could double as a cheese sauce too. The ingredients are simple enough to use this cheese fondue as a dip for any game day. It's made with just two kinds of cheese, green chilies and a bit of salsa.

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces American cheese, cut into chunks
  • 2 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup sliced green chilies
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 6 bagels, cut into bite size pieces

Preparation:

In a 2 quart microwavable dish combine ingredients. Melt, over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Pour into fondue dish and keep warm.

Spear bagels one at a time with fondue forks and swirl through cheese mixture.

Servings: 12 as appetizer
