If you like the hot artichoke dips found on the appetizer menus of many favorite American restaurants, try this easy homemade artichoke dip made in your crockpot or slow cooker from just a few simple ingredients. Vegetarian crockpot artichoke dip is perfect or the holidays or anytime.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Looks like a good recipe, but the title is misleading as there is nothing spicy in this.
