Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup canned roasted red peppers, drained
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup walnuts or pine nuts
- 3/4 cup fresh basil, packed
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- dash salt and pepper
Preparation:
In a blender or food processor, process all ingredients until smooth, adding more oil if needed.Serve over pasta or as a dip for crackers.
