- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 tsp fresh sage, minced
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tbsp water
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast (optional)
Bring the vegetable broth
to a simmer in a medium pot or large skillet. Add the soy sauce and herbs. Reduce heat to a simmer, then slowly add the cornstarch and water mixture, stirring constantly to thicken.
Allow to simmer for a few minutes, until thick, and add nutritional yeast if desired.
