Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 glove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- fresh chopped cilantro (optional)
- 1 tomato, diced small (optional)
Preparation:
Mash together the avocado and lime or lemon juice using a fork until avocado is smooth. Whisk in the other ingredients until smooth, adding fresh cilantro and stirring in the tomatoes last. For an even creamier guacamole, you could also make this using a food processor.
