Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 6 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
- dash cayenne
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients except the oil in a blender or food processor and process on low speed.Gradually add the oil a few drops at a time until the mixture thickens. Continue blending until smooth and creamy.
