Ingredients:
- 1 cup strawberries, diced small
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil or cilantro
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients together. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour to allow flavors to combine well. Enjoy!
