If you like vegetarian wraps, or wrap sandwiches try this recipe for vegetarian wrapped "ham" sandwiches using deli slices and Swiss cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla with mustard. Simple, yet what more do you need in a wrap sandwich?

Ingredients:
- 3 slices vegetarian "ham" deli meat (Try SmartDeli brand)
- 2 slices Swiss cheese, 1 oz each
- 1 leaf green leaf lettuce
- 1 tsp prepared yellow mustard
- 1 10-inch flour tortilla
Preparation:
Spread mustard on a flour tortilla. Arrange the vegetarian ham slices in a thin layer across the tortilla. Place the cheese slices on top, and add lettuce. Tightly roll into a burrito. Slice into 1 inch pieces across and hold together with a toothpick, or, just wrap it up and eat it as is.
