- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained or rehydrated if dry
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh basil
- 2 tsp capers
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Preparation:
Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add more liquid if needed.
