Homemade vegan ranch dressing with tofu

User Rating 5 Star Rating (1 Review)

Reader Lynn VanCleave emailed me with this homemade vegan tofu ranch dressing that she loves, and gave me permission to share it with you all.

Using tofu to get a thick and creamy consistency keeps this vegan ranch dressing much lower in fat and calories than traditional ranch dressings (which are also loaded with cholesterol!). If a low-fat, low-calorie, vegan and cholesterol-free ranch dressing sounds good to you, try it! Thanks, Lynn!

Super easy and tasty!, Guest Mae

This recipe is great! I didn't follow the measurements exactly because I only had a small amount of tofu left, but I used all the ingredients listed and adjusted them to my taste, and it was very good! I think it would go great with carrots or pasta.
