- 1/4 cup raw tahini
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- 3 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil (or another neutral oil, such as flax)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp minced fresh parsley (optional)
Goddess dressing will thicken quite a bit in the fridge, so add a bit more liquid as needed.
Goddess dressing also makes a great dip, so add a bit less liquid and use it as a veggie dip, if you'd like.
