Raw food goddess dressing recipe

I made a raw salad of cabbage, carrots and apples and smothered it with lots of raw goddess dressing. Yum!

A raw food salad dressing, similar to a raw goddess dressing, made from tahini and apple cider vinegar and sweetened with agave nectar. Not worried about keeping it raw? Check out this similar vegan goddess dressing recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup raw tahini
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar
  • 3 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil (or another neutral oil, such as flax)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh parsley (optional)

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients, except parsley, in a blender or food processor, adding more or less liquid as needed. Add parsley and pulse until finely minced and well combined.

Goddess dressing will thicken quite a bit in the fridge, so add a bit more liquid as needed.

Goddess dressing also makes a great dip, so add a bit less liquid and use it as a veggie dip, if you'd like.
