Raw Vegan Chimichurri Sauce Recipe

Colin posted this raw vegan chimichurri sauce recipe in the forums. He wrote: "Chimichurri is green sauce that's an absolute must in Argentine cuisine. Many different ingredients can be used according to personal tastes and what is available at the time, but olive oil, vinegar, garlic and herbs are considered essential ingredients when making authentic chimichurri. Argentinians use this sauce as a marinade as well as a condiment, which they spoon generously over many of their dishes."

Enjoy this chimichurri sauce with salads or vegetables.
