Ingredients:
- 120 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 120ml - Red Wine Vinegar or 90ml - Lemon Juice
- 90ml - Water
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 120 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 120ml - Red Wine Vinegar or 90ml - Lemon Juice
- Use 2 or more of the following herbs, your choice:
- 3 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 3 tbsp fresh chopped oregano
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped thyme
- 1 tsp fresh chopped basil
- 1/2 tsp chili pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin (optional)
- 1/2 tsp ground paprika (optional)
- Include at least one of the following:
- 2 shallots
- 1 tomato
- 1 capsicum pepper
- 1 green onion
Preparation:
Place all of the ingredients in a blender, except the olive oil and half of the water, and blend lightly. Add the olive oil and enough of the water to blend it to a smooth paste.Cover and leave to stand for at least 2 hours at room temperature before serving.
