Ingredients:
- 2 cups Raw Food Yogurt Recipe
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup to 6 tablespoons agave nectar (or substitute 6 medjool dates)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Preparation:
Blend everything except the ice together on high speed for 10 seconds. Add the ice and pulse a few times until the it is blended in. Serve immediately.
