Raw food diet fruit leathers or fruit roll-ups recipe
Made from fresh raw fruit and a little sweetener, these healthy raw food fruit-rollup snacks are super easy to make in your dehydrator. A healthier raw food fruit leather version of the fruit roll-up snacks we all loved as kids.

Ingredients:

  • 4 apples
  • 2 mangoes or about 1 cup papaya chunks
  • 2 bananas
  • 1-2 tbsp raw agave nectar

Preparation:

Puree all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no chunks of fruit left, not even little ones.

Spread on a dehydrator teflex sheet about 1/4 inch thick. Dehydrate for about 8 hours, or until pliable and you can easily lift it up off the sheet.

Enjoy your super-easy and healthy raw food fruit leathers. Just like the fruit roll-ups you had as a kid - except for completely raw, sugar-free and super nutritious!
