A simple raw food diet salad dressing recipe made from miso, orange juice and cold pressed olive oil
. Be sure to use fresh raw ingredients to make this dressing truly raw. It's vegan and sugar-free too, of course! Be sure to use agave nectar
instead of honey to make it vegan.
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4-5 Tbsp. cold pressed olive oil or cold-pressed flax seed oil
- agave nectar or honey, to taste (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, creamy and all ingredients are incorporated. Taste, and whisk in a bit of agave nectar or honey, to taste (optional).
