A simple raw food diet salad dressing recipe made from miso, orange juice and cold pressed olive oil. Be sure to use fresh raw ingredients to make this dressing truly raw. It's vegan and sugar-free too, of course! Be sure to use agave nectar instead of honey to make it vegan.
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4-5 Tbsp. cold pressed olive oil or cold-pressed flax seed oil
- agave nectar or honey, to taste (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, creamy and all ingredients are incorporated. Taste, and whisk in a bit of agave nectar or honey, to taste (optional).
