Make a refined sugar-free rice pudding dessert using maple syrup and brown rice syrup instead of white refined sugar. A simple and relatively healthy sugar-free dessert recipe.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups rice milk
- 1/3 cup rice
- 1/4 cup brown rice syrup
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cardamom or cinnamon
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Preparation:
Simmer the rice in the rice milk for about 20 minutes, or until rice is cooked. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, stirring well to incorporate.
Chill before serving.
