Ingredients:
- 1 1/3 cups vegan chocolate chips
- 2 cups granola, any kind
Preparation:
Line a baking tray or large dish with wax paper.Over low heat, heat the chocolate chips until melted, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and carefully stir in the granola.
Drop by spoonfuls about one tablespoon of the mixture onto the wax paper.
Allow to cool before serving.
