Sweet Potatoes with Beans

Sweet potatoes are a great fall side dish. This recipe combines the flavors of Thanksgiving - sweet potatoes, cranberries and spices - with the filling fiber and protein of baked beans. Perfect for your holiday table, or any time. Recipe courtesy of Bush's® Beans.

Ingredients:

  • 1 28 ounce can vegetarian baked beans
  • 1 16 ounce can sweet potatoes, drained
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tsp grated orange rind
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients; spoon into a lightly greased 11x7-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly.
