Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made sugar-free graham cracker pie crust
- 2 blocks firm tofu
- 1 cup brown rice syrup
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
Preparation:
Process the tofu in a blender or food processor for a minute or two until smooth and creamy. Add the remaining ingredients and combine until fully mixed.
Pour into prepared sugar-free pie crust and chill until firm, about 45 minutes.
