Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked Basmati rice, cold
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 apple, chopped
Preparation:
Place water, raisins and walnuts in a large pot and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.Add celery, apples then rice. Mix well and allow to stand for 10 more minutes. Serve chilled.
