Fabulous Lentil Loaf, Guest Orzocat

I thought that this recipe was fantastic although I did make a few substitutions. I used habanero ketchup in place of regular ketchup. I also added some sweet peppers and rolled oats to the mixture and decided to use cooked wheat berries/barley in place of brown rice. I processed the ingredients and placed the mixture in a meatloaf pan. It baked up beautifully on the grill and had a crunchy crust while the inside stayed very moist and full of flavor. Even my meat loving husband liked it and that's a huge compliment to the recipe.
